Welcome to Fatlip's Wholesale ordering information. We supply unusual jewellery to all kinds
of businesses, including retailers, party planners and craft fair/market traders. We
look to source products that are different to others available in the UK and have received some very positive feedback from
existing customers.
How to order:
There are two ways in which you can order from us.
1) Use the 'add to basket' buttons included with every product description. Only
one colour can be selected at a time. Quantities can be adjusted in the basket, which you can reach by clicking on 'View basket'
(as below), which is found at the top of every Product page. Once you have completed your order, click through to the checkout
and enter your details. At the bottom of the form you can select to pay by card, cheque or bank transfer.
If you pay by card, please ensure that the address you have entered for the Billing Address is the one that
your card is registered to, as this provides an additional security check.
If you do not wish to enter your card details on the Internet but still wish to pay by card, please tick
the box 'I will phone with my card details', and then call us on 01299 896768. You will then need to submit your order by
clicking on 'pay by cheque'.
If you wish to pay by cheque or Bank Transfer, please wait for us to call you to confirm the final total
as this may differ from your order if a particular item or colour has gone out of stock since you placed your order.
2) The second way in which you can order is to open the Order Form below and save
it to your computer. Browse through the products on offer by using the menu on the left of each page.
Make a note of the Product Codes, quantities, sizes and colours on the Order Form. Then send the order
form to us in one of the following ways:
Our Terms & Conditions state a maximum order turnaround of 21 days. Wherever possible we send out
orders much more quickly, and we usually get them to you within three working days of you placing the order.
Minimum Order:
Minimum order for wholesale prices is £100 excluding VAT and Postage & Packaging (P&P). For first
time orders, we are happy to send smaller quantities to enable you to test the quality of Fatlip products as long
as the order totals at least £50 excluding VAT and P&P.
Back Orders:
Fatlip does not provide a back order service. If a product is out of stock it cannot be ordered until it is back in stock.
VAT:
VAT at 17.5% will be added to all UK invoices and those from outside the EU. VAT will be charged on the
total cost of the products, the Postage & Packaging and the 2% credit card surcharge (where applicable) in line with
HMRC regulations. The Wholesale prices given on the website are ex VAT.
Orders from outside the UK but within the EU will not be charged VAT if a valid VAT registration number
is provided. At the same time, we will also need the full company name and address that the VAT number is registered
to.
Postage & Packaging costs for mainland UK are:
£6.50 ex VAT for orders up to £200 ex VAT
Carriage paid for orders over £200 ex VAT
Orders are sent out with Business Post on a next working day service, which requires a signature. If no-one
is in to receive the delivery, the driver will leave a card and you will need to collect the order from your local Business
Post depot. Business Post is not authorised to make a second delivery attempt.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
by credit or debit card over the phone: credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge. Debit
card payments are free of charge. NEVER STATE YOUR CARD DETAILS IN AN EMAIL OR POSTAL ORDER FORM, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THEIR
SECURITY. Orders paid for by card will be dispatched within three days of your payment being made, although in most cases
we manage to send them out the next working day.
by internet banking/bank transfer: if you wish to use this method of payment, please indicate
it on your order form and we will provide our bank account details. Your order will be dispatched once your payment has cleared,
which takes three complete working days.
by cheque: cheques should be made payable to 'Fatlip', and sent to Fatlip, The Oast House,
Home Farm Lane, Great Witley WR6 6JJ. Your order will be dispatched once your payment has cleared, which takes three complete
working days. This method of payment is the slowest as we have to receive your cheque in the post and bank it. If you want
your goods quickly, we advise you to use one of the other methods of payment.
