UK ORDERS:

Postage & Packaging costs for the UK are:

£8.00 ex VAT for orders up to £200 ex VAT
Carriage paid for orders over £200 ex VAT
A minimum charge of £2.00 is added to all orders comprising bulky display stands requiring a larger box. If the carriage will be more than an extra £2.00 we will contact you to confirm before taking payment. So, if your order is under the £200 carriage paid, you will pay £10.00 total. If the order is over the £200 carriage paid you will be charged just the £2.00. It is not possible for us to add this element to the shopping cart checkout

Delivery in the UK:
We aim to dispatch orders received and paid for by 12pm on the very same working day wherever possible.

UK orders excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland are sent out with DHL on a next working day service, which requires a signature. For businesses open from 9am - 5.30pm, we send your parcel on the standard 24 Hour Service and the timeframe for the delivery of your order is between 9am and 5.30pm. If your premises are closed the order will be returned to us.

For customers who have deliveries sent to their home address or whose opening hours are shorter than the 9am to 5.3-pm, we dispatch with DHL on the Home 24 next working day service, which requires a signature. The delivery timeframe for this service is 9am to 9pm. If nobody is available when the driver calls, a card will be left and two more delivery attempts will be made. If you know you are going to be out and wish for the parcel to be left, you may advise us of a safe place to leave it and we will note this on the parcel but please note that this is entirely at your own risk and we will not accept liability for any orders lost after having been left in a safe place.

Orders to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are sent by Royal Mail, either Recorded Delivery or Standard Parcel depending on the weight of the order. For some larger orders we do sometimes send by courier for speed and security.

ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK:
Orders going outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail or courier. The service and cost depend on the weight of the order, and you will asked to approve the price before payment is taken. For Royal Mail we usually quote two prices; the first, a standard, non-trackable airmail service and the second, a signature-required service, which is usually more expensive but faster and more secure. If you select the non-trackable service this is at your liability and we will not be responsible for replacing the package should it not arrive at the destination.

If your order is over £200 ex VAT (where applicable), we will discount the postage & packaging cost but we are unable to offer free postage.
