These terms and conditions
apply to the purchase of product from Fatlip. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you place an order, you
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please do
not place an order.
Customer Type:
Fatlip sells wholesale product to retailers, party planners, market traders, craft fair traders and website traders. We do not supply to car booters or eBay or other Internet
auction traders in order to protect the Fatlip brand and the business and price points of existing customers. If we find out
that Fatlip product has been sold at a car boot sale or on an auction website, we will terminate the relationship with that
customer.
We
reserve the right to refuse to supply to a potential customer whose business conflicts with our own activity or that of an
existing customer. We will not supply to anybody in Worcester or Cheltenham as we have our own shops in these locations.
Exclusivity:
Exclusivity of an area
is decided based upon a number of factors, including: size/population of the town or city, the total value of
sales the customer has made during the financial year and the date of their last order. Exclusivity can only be granted
to retail outlets and not to any other kind of business.
Order Turnaround:
Our Terms & Conditions state a maximum order turnaround of 21 days. However, most orders are sent out the
same or next working day as received.
Minimum Order:
Minimum order for wholesale prices is £100
excluding VAT and Postage & Packaging (P&P). This £100 can be made up with jewellery, display stands or a mixture
of both. All jewellery and stands are sold as single item purchase so you can pick the exact quantity and colours you need.
Back Orders:
Fatlip does not provide a back order service. If a product
is out of stock it cannot be ordered until it is back in stock.
Payment:
Payment for UK orders:
*Payment can be made securely online through the Shopping Cart by Debit
or Credit card. There is a 2% surcharge for Credit cards. All card details are stored securely online for 7 days and then
erased. All payments are manually processed so your payment is not made until we have picked, packed and invoiced
the order.
* BACS payments can be sent to: Fatlip Limited, Sort Code: 09-06-66, Account No.: 42683746 using your business
name as the reference. These can take up to 3 working days depending on your bank.
* Please make cheques payable to
'Fatlip Limited' and send to: Fatlip, 3a Lowesmoor Wharf, Worcester WR1 2RS. Cheques take 3 working days to clear
from the date of paying in.
* If you wish to pay by card but don't want to enter your card details online,
select the 'Pay by Cheque' or the 'Pay by BACS' options, and call us on 01905 612955 with your card details
to hand.
Payment for orders from outside the UK:
* Payment can be made securely online through the
Shopping Cart by Debit or Credit card. There is a 2% surcharge for all foreign card payments. All card details are stored
securely online for 7 days and then erased. All payments are manually processed so your payment is not made until we have
picked, packed and invoiced the order.
* CHAPS payments can be sent in Pounds Sterling only to:

The sender
must elect to pay ALL charges, including those of any intermediary banks used.
VAT:
VAT at 17.5% will be added to all UK invoices. VAT will be charged on the total cost
of the products, the Postage & Packaging and the 2% credit card surcharge (where applicable) in line with HMRC regulations.
The Wholesale prices given on the website are ex VAT.
Orders from outside the UK but
within the EU will not be charged VAT if a valid VAT registration number is provided. At the same time, we will also need
the full company name and address that the VAT number is registered to.
Orders from
outside the EU will not be charged VAT.
Supplying Other Wholesalers:
If you wish to start wholesaling product purchased from us, you must provide us with full details of how
and where you will be marketing the products and get our written permission to do so. Every time you take on a new
wholesale customer you must advise us of the location of the new customer so that we can ensure there is no conflict
with our own activity or that of other existing Fatlip customers. The final decision on whether you can supply a potential
new customer is down to us.Prices:
All prices on the www.fatlip.biz website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and exclusive of Postage & Packing
(P&P). All wholesale prices on www.fatlip.biz are exclusive of VAT (charged at 17.5%). The Recommended Retail Prices already
include VAT charged at 17.5%.
You understand that due to continual updating of product and fluctuations in
exchange rates, Fatlip reserves the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice.
The price you pay will be the one
that was valid on the www.fatlip.biz website at the time of your order.
Delivery:
Delivery is by
Business Post (Royal Mail to Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland and Royal Mail or courier to outside
the UK) on a next working day, signed for service. Only one attempt to deliver will be made. If nobody is available to
sign for the delivery, a card will be left and you will need to collect the order from the specified Business

General Terms & Conditions:
You understand that all products offered for
sale are subject to availability.
You can cancel your orders without reasons within 7 working days from the
day after you received the goods. You will be refunded any amount you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation minus
the delivery cost and a restocking charge.

that you are responsible for complying with your country’s importation laws and taxes, and that all goods
are shipped at the Purchaser’s risk. (For customers outside mainland UK only).
You understand that Fatlip products can only be dispatched upon payment in
full, including delivery charges.
