This is the page for ordering Fatlip goodies if you are not a wholesale / trade buyer.
We don't currently offer online payment but there are a number of ways for you to make and pay for your order. If you
are a Wholesale buyer, please do not use this page. Click on Wholesale in the menu to the left of the page.
For retail purchases, please use the Recommended Retail Price in the top right hand corner of each product box.
Please make sure that first of all, you download the Retail Order Form above and save it on your computer, unless you
plan to order by phone.
Fatlip is VAT registered and the 17.5% VAT charged is already included in the price of the product and Postage &
Packaging (P&P). The only cost to add to the total cost of your order is P&P. P&P costs for mainland UK are given
below:
Total cost of order up to £20 - P&P costs £2.95
Total cost of order between £21 and £50 - P&P costs £5.00
Total cost of order over £50 - P&P is FREE
Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class post (under 2kg) or Standard Parcel (over 2kg). If you require Recorded
Delivery (£0.88 extra), please state on the order form.
Please contact us if you require the cost for posting to a country outside mainland UK.
Orders can be placed in the following ways:

- by fax: send your completed order form to 01299 896768.
- by post: send your completed order form to Fatlip, The Oast House, Home Farm Lane, Great Witley,
Worcestershire WR6 6JJ.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- by credit or debit card over the phone: credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge. Debit card payments
are free of charge. NEVER STATE YOUR CARD DETAILS IN AN EMAIL OR POSTAL ORDER FORM, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THEIR SECURITY. Orders
paid for by card will be dispatched within three days of your payment being made, although in most cases we manage to send
them out the following day.
- by internet banking: if you wish to use this method of payment, please indicate it on your order and
we will provide our bank account details. Your order will be dispatched once your payment has cleared, which takes three complete
working days.
- by cheque: if you wish to pay by cheque, please indicate this on your order. Cheques should be made payable
to 'Fatlip', and sent to Fatlip, The Oast House, Home Farm Lane, Great Witley, Worcestershire WR6 6JJ. Your order
will be dispatched once your payment has cleared, which takes three complete working days. This method of payment is the slowest
as we have to receive your cheque in the post and bank it. If you want your goods quickly, we advise you to use
one of the other methods of payment.
Delivery of orders:
All orders are sent out by Royal Mail First Class (under 2kg) or Standard Parcel (over 2kg). If you require
Recorded Delivery (a signature is required on delivery), which costs an extra £0.88 inc. VAT, please request this when you
place your order.
