If you don't have any trees, don't despair, you can still languish in a hammock. Here are our suggestions:
- Search the Internet for hammock stands or keep an eye out in garden centres and DIY stores. There are many styles
available in either wood or metal. The benefit with a stand is that you can move the hammock with the sun or
shade.
- Cement two sturdy fence posts in the ground and attach hooks from your local ironmonger or DIY store to the
posts. Alternatively, attach one hook to a garage or house wall.
- Have a permanent fixing on just one end and make the other one movable. This way you can move with the sun
or shade.
Happy hammocking!
